Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

2 ingredient cookies

2 ingredient cookies

Yes, you read that right - these cookies can easily be made with just two ingredients, but I added a couple others you more than likely already have on hand. I had two super brown bananas and did not want to make another bread because I was tight on time soo I thought why not a cookie?!

These are perfect for a last minute cookie because they’re super easy but ALSO they require only ONE bowl. Hellllo perfect short on time baking session. The bananas make them super soft and holds them together so they’re not crumbly. I haven’t tried any other flour with them but I am sure an oat flour would work just as well and then they’d more of an oatmeal cookie.

Another plus is the fact that they’re egg free so you can “try” as much of the dough as you’d like! LMK if you whip these up!
