Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

I’m the kind of person who can eat chocolate all the time and love to drop a handful of dark chocolate chips in my yogurt or overnight chia pudding. My go-to and easy breakfast is overnight chia seeds. Chia seeds are full of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium and so easy to sprinkle on basically anything. I decided to add a raw cacao pudding ON TOP of my chia pudding because I woke up thinking today was Friday but it’s Thursday :)

Overnight Chia Pudding

1/2 c nut milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 scoops collagen
Cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in a jar like the one pictured here and let it sit overnight in the fridge.

RAW CACAO PUDDING
Handful spinach
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp MCT oil, @bulletproof
1 frozen banana
1/2 c nut milk
Mix all ingredients in a blender. You’ll want it thick so you might need to stir in between mixing.

I layered my jar with chia, blueberries, pecans, chia and cacao pudding. And of course topped with Pulp Pantry Granola - it’s the best!! Also, if this is your first time having MCT oil, start with 1 tsp and then work your way up.
